ELDORADO III ASSOCIATION NO LONGER MEETS

According to Sally Challender, Eldorado III Homeowner's Association President, meetings of the Association are no longer being held, due to very low turnout to the meetings.  Having personally witnessed this low turnout (and not being there myself on most occasions) I marvel at Sally's patience in continuing to conduct meetings as long as she did.  If you have homeowner issues to discuss please contact Sally and she can steer you in the right direction.

UNWANTED ELEMENTS STRIKE AGAIN!

We have reports from neighbors about property being egged and bottles being thrown at passing cars.  If you see any of these things going on please call the Sheriff's department to report the incidents, then please let us know what is going on by posting comments on the Forums.

RESIDENTS INQUIRE ABOUT POOL

Would you like to see a pool in Eldorado?  Some residents of the area want to know if others would like to see a pool built in Eldorado, for the exclusive use of residents.  One proposed location for a pool is the large common area located on the west side of Eldorado Drive between Charles Plaza and Paul Plaza.  If you think this is a good idea, or have other thoughts about a neighborhood pool, please go to the Forums link and post a comment.

DO YOU CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG?

A number of neighbors report other residents walking their dogs and not cleaning up after them.  News Flash!  People get crapped on enough at work, they don't need to be crapped on by their neighbor's dogs when they get home.  Please be considerate and clean up after you dog.
